Karen Ososki – Founder and Director
Karen has served for many years on the Board of Directors for several horse related nonprofits. She has the nonprofit experience to guide this organization towards its strategic goals and objectives.
Karen’s extensive equine and equestrian knowledge is an asset directing the Center’s education and training programs. A featured “Ride with the Best” clinician at the legendary Ohio Equine Affaire in 2014, Karen is an internationally sought-after clinician with a demonstrated ability to improve performance in equines and riders of all disciplines.
Karen specializes in Equine and Rider Biomechanics, Equine Behavior, Equine and Rider Conditioning, Classical Riding Principles, Liberty, and Groundwork.
Named one of America’s “Top 50 Riding Instructors” by the American Riding Instructors Association, Karen has found instruction to be the perfect way to combine her life-long passions for horses, learning and teaching.
During her 40 years of working within the horse industry and through her continuing education, Karen has accumulated considerable knowledge and expertise in equestrian education. With this extensive background, Karen is a featured Equestrian Lecturer and Clinician at many national events.
Currently her focus is on creating deeper connections with your equine partners through self-exploration. As a certified Meditation and Qi Gong instructor, Karen incorporates an individual’s personal energy, awareness, mindfulness, and leadership skills into their horsemanship.

Christine Nilsson Board of Directors Vice President
Christine is a TTouch practitioner for horses as well as companion animals. TTouch improves general well-being and performance as well as changing unwanted behavior through touch. She has a deep appreciation for the natural nature of the horse and a strong intention to bring this awareness into horse care.
Leslie Harrison Board of Directors Secretary
Leslie had a successful management career in Medical Technology, academic research, followed by agricultural biotechnology. She is now retired and enjoys anything outdoors especially riding her horse. Along with her deep love for horses, she brings her team management and long range planning skills to CEA.
Leanna Paulsen Board of Directors
As an Equine Structural Integration (SI) practitioner, Leanna works with the body’s fascia to free restrictions created in the body. This allows the horse a more balanced and free way of moving, while honoring their spirit and heart. This rewarding work has opened her view of how the body, mind, heart, and spirit are interconnected.
Emma Billington Board of Directors
Growing up Emma loved horses and they quickly became the focus of her life. Currently she lives that dream in her hometown where she provides barefoot hoof care, teaches horsemanship and enjoys four horses of her own. Emma’s focus is to bring a more humane and mindful approach to handing horses during hoof care.
About Our Facility
Our facility features educational classrooms, an indoor arena, indoor/outdoor runs, expansive pastures, heated tack room, and a media/viewing room with kitchen. We offer a relaxing and friendly atmosphere that is clean, safe, and professional, and are committed to helping all of our members, students, and visitors feel “at home” and welcome. We look forward to your visit.

Located in Bozeman, Montana, in the beautiful Gallatin Valley, we are surrounded by majestic mountains and peaceful vistas. Explore our peaceful 45+ acres. Whether alone or with other members, enjoy riding through the trees, listening to the creek, and soaking up the sunshine.
